1. Develop a consistent coaching philosophy that extends from Hillsborough Youth Lacrosse through the varsity program
2. Graduate seniors that are qualified academically and athletically to attend college and play lacrosse.

TEAM RULES
1. Spend all team time on team specified team activities
2. Be respectful of teachers, administrators, teammates, coaches, opponents and all others you interact with as a Hillsborough Raider Lacrosse player
3. Follow all school rules and adhere to the guidelines of the Hillsborough High School athletic contract

REQUIRED APPAREL
IN PRACTICE...
- All players must practice with gray sweat pants and a gray sweat shirt until coaches specify otherwise

GAME DAY - IN SCHOOL...
Home Games - Business  Dress
- All players must wear a collared shirt and a tie (jackets/sport coats are optional)
- All players must wear dress or khaki pants
- All players must wear dress shoes (No “sneaker-like” shoes!)

Away Games - Business Casual Dress
- All players must wear a collared shirt
- All players must wear dress or khaki pants
- All players must wear dress shoes (No “sneaker-like” shoes!)

GAME DAY - ON THE FIELD...
- All players must wear a gray t-shirt under their game jersey
- All players must wear white socks
- All players must wear white cleats

PRESEASON PLAYER ACTIVITIES
1. Players MUST make sure Coach Wilson has their e-mail address, register on this website, and check e-mail weekly
2. Players MUST be mindful of ALL TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS made during homeroom, posted on the school power point slideshow, and posted on the team bulletin board at the entrance of the boys’ locker room.

3. Players MUST complete all requested Academic Progress Reports.

4. Players MUST grow as players through strength and conditioning training and working on their stick work skills on their own YEAR ROUND. Varsity players are expected to be VERY physically fit and have strong stick skills with both hands.

5. Players MAY attend camps and clinics or play on summer travel teams to increase their skills and knowledge of the game of lacrosse.

6. Players MAY play in a fall lacrosse league with the team on Sundays.

7. Players MAY play in summer and/or fall tournaments with the team.

8. Players MAY play winter league with the team.

9. Players MAY participate on our “Boro Fit Club” preseason strength and conditioning program after school at the Raider Strength Center.

10. Seniors are expected to make every effort to attend all senior academic meetings.
